The history of the “KOUTIS” jewelery store originates in 1962.
Ioannis Koutis at the age of 28, with his arrival in Ioannina, he begins to trade jewelery and watches going door to door to houses, shops and public services of the city.
His hard work and honesty make him well-known to a large number of citizens of Ioannina and thus, in 1967, he gains momentum to open his own shop on Averof Street, the “heart” of jewelery stores in the capital of Epirus.
In 1987 the “KOUTIS” jewelery store is renovated following the trends of the era and establishes itself among the top ones in Ioannina.
In 2002, driven by his passion for evolution and renewal, Ioannis Koutis decides to create a new space with both modern and classic creations, moving to a different spot, but always on the same “golden” road.
In 2007, the business’s baton is handed over to his son Spyros Koutis, who, with his knowledge of jewelery and the ethics of commerce, continues to provide with consistency high quality services to old and new customers.
